At EVOLUTION MAA we teach practical martial arts, meaning we take practical aspects
from lots of different styles and teach individuals how to defend themselves in
a realistic environment - the street. We cover many different scenarios so individuals
know how best to deal with different situations that might arise (in any range of
attack from someone stood off being verbally aggressive through to strikes, grabs
and grappling) and we also cover practical defence from weapon attacks.
Along with learning how to protect yourself, at evolution maa we create a safe and
fun environment to increase fitness, lose weight, reduce stress, and increase confidence.
