The minimum time to wait between brown belts is 6 months, these are estimated dates for your gradings.

All Dates Subject to Change – These are the estimate dates that you may take your grade, check each months grading sheet to check when you have been put through.

You need to be training on a regular basis to be put in for your brown belt grading

Bring your running shoes and something to run in aswell as your Gi.
